How to shop
Brief instructions on how to shop in our online store.
Select goods and add to cart
After selecting your desired product, package size and number of pieces, you can add it to the cart (by clicking on the "Add to cart" icon). Continue in the same way for all selected products. Each addition of a product to the cart is confirmed by the system "The product has been added to the shopping cart". During shopping, you can check at any time what products you already have in your cart, by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper right corner or by hovering your cursor over the "Shopping Cart" icon and clicking on "Continue to Cart". You can return to the purchase at any time by clicking on "Back to the store", the e-shop logo, product categories, etc. Before proceeding to complete the purchase, make sure that you really have everything and the required number of pieces.
Completion of the purchase, choice of method of transport and payment
Once you are satisfied with the selection of goods and their quantity, you can proceed to complete your purchase by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper right corner or by hovering over the "Shopping Cart" icon and clicking on "Continue to Cart". Then click "Continue" to choose the shipping and payment method. Here you can choose the transport and payment that suits you best. And click "Continue" again.
Online payments are provided for us by the ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.
Credit card payment
The fastest way to pay online. In the ComGate payment gateway interface, enter the card number, validity date and CVC code - three numbers, which you will find in the signature strip on the back of the card. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard, so you will probably be asked to enter a numeric code, which you will receive by SMS from your bank.
Payment online by bank transfer
Immediate payment via internet banking. The ComGate payment gateway redirects you to your internet banking, where you log in as usual and confirm the already prepared payment order.
After completing the payment, you will be redirected back to the store. Payment is confirmed immediately, we will continue to execute the order without delay.

If you choose the method of payment by standard bank transfer, you will receive the account number, variable symbol, etc. in the order confirmation.
All that remains is to fill in the delivery and invoicing data. If you have ever shopped with us, fill in your login details. Otherwise, you can register and take advantage of loyalty benefits.
You confirm and send the order by clicking on the general terms and conditions, data protection conditions and clicking on "Submit order". And you can start looking forward for the delivery of the ordered goods.

A confirmation of the completion of the order will be automatically sent to your e-mail.
